Standard Terms and Conditions for Reliabix Analytics

 

1. Validity of Quotation: This quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices and conditions may be subject to change.

 

2. Scope of Work: This quotation is based solely on the scope of work as described within this proposal and is derived from our understanding of the RFQ and communications at the time of quotation issuance. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may result in revised quotations.

 

3. Service Terms and Conditions: Our standard service terms and conditions apply to all services provided under this quotation. 4. Information Accuracy: The accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client, either in the RFQ or during subsequent communications, are essential for the preparation of this quotation. If additional information that significantly impacts the scope or cost of the project becomes available after the issuance of this quotation, we reserve the right to revise our quotation accordingly.

 

5. Timely Documentation: It is the responsibility of the client to provide all necessary documentation and information in a timely manner as required for the execution of the project. Failure to provide essential documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in project delays and additional costs.

 

6. Partial Completion: In cases where the client fails to provide essential documentation in due time after placing an order, we reserve the right to issue a full invoice for services rendered up to that point, regardless of whether the work is fully completed or not.

 

7. Notification of Missing Information: We will provide written notification to the client regarding any missing information required for the project. The client shall have a maximum of four (4) weeks from the date of notification to provide the missing information. If the requested information is not received within this timeframe, the work will be considered complete, and the project will be invoiced accordingly.

 

By accepting this quotation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Any variations or amendments to these terms must be agreed upon in writing between both parties.
